You may be experiencing high levels of anxiety, stress, depression or despondency. That’s totally normal, especially in such uncertain times, and even moreso when physical isolation can have you feel alienated from others. You might be concerned to be out of school, or away from work, or concerned about your family’s income. You are not alone. We are in this together.
That’s why Jayathma Wickramanayake (the Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth), in partnership with WHO and UNICEF, are inviting you to a webinar on #CopingWithCOVID.
This is a chance to stay connected, talk with others and field your questions to experts from UNICEF and WHO. It’s a chance to talk about your mental health, the psychosocial impact of COVID-19, and find out how you can help others to deal with the situation. The first session is on Wednesday (April 1st) 8.00am.
Session 1 – April 1, 2020, 8.00-9.00 am (New York Time) Session 2 – April 15, 2020 (tbc) Session 3 – April 29, 2020 (tbc) Session 4 – May 6, 2020 (tbc)
You can join the first session by following this link: bit.ly/CwCOVID.
