Network 263 is a youth-led organisation based in Zimbabwe, committed to empowering young people to become active drivers of sustainable development, innovation, and social transformation. Our work is rooted in the belief that young people are not passive beneficiaries, but powerful agents of change when given the right platforms, skills, and support.
Since our inception, Network 263 has successfully convened youth empowerment seminars and dialogues aimed at nurturing entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology-driven solutions. These sessions supported young people in identifying their key skills, interests, and talents, while equipping them with practical knowledge on entrepreneurship and innovation pathways.

Through strategic collaboration with partners such as the Chinese Embassy, we were able to expose young people to global perspectives, mentorship opportunities, and innovation-oriented thinking. As a result, many participants gained renewed confidence, clarity of purpose, and motivation to pursue entrepreneurial and technological initiatives within their communities.
Network 263 has also played a critical role in mental health awareness, with a strong focus on drug and substance abuse prevention among young people. Through peer-led engagements, we educated youths on the social and psychological impacts of substance abuse and promoted positive coping mechanisms, resilience, and help-seeking behaviours.
Our approach emphasised hope, empathy, and peer support, ensuring that young people facing emotional distress felt heard, supported, and encouraged to envision positive futures. These interventions contributed to reducing stigma around mental health conversations and strengthening peer solidarity within communities.
Recognising the importance of informed choices, Network 263 conducted educational campaigns on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). These initiatives empowered young people with accurate information, encouraged responsible decision-making, and promoted dignity, health, and wellbeing—especially among adolescents and young women.

Through our programmes, Network 263 has:
Increased youth awareness of entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology opportunities, strengthened youth confidence, leadership, and civic engagement, contributed to improved mental health awareness and peer support systems, enhanced access to SRHR information among young people and built trust and partnerships between youth and institutions
In 2026 , Network 263 will scale its impact by focusing on:
- Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment – business incubation, mentorship, and skills training
- Innovation, Technology, and AI Literacy – preparing youth for the future of work
- Mental Health and Psychosocial Support – community-based awareness and peer support initiatives
- SRHR and Youth Wellbeing – inclusive, youth-friendly education campaigns
- Climate Action, Clean Energy, and Sustainability – youth-driven solutions in marginalised communities
- Civic Engagement and Policy Advocacy – strengthening youth participation in decision-making
Ultimately, Network 263 is proving that when young people are given the right tools, they are able to create change. By blending economic innovation with a deep commitment to community wellbeing, we are transforming the landscape of leadership in Zimbabwe. As we scale our impact in 2026, we invite you to be part of this journey. Together, we can ensure that every young person has the platform they need to lead.
