Harnessing Youth Power is essential to building the world we promised humanity.

The world is on fire, inequality is growing, states are turning inward and the world feels more and more polarised.  

The Global Goals or SDGs, adopted by the UN in 2015, are a promise from world leaders to end poverty, reduce inequality, and combat climate change by 2030.

Since then, progress has been made but nowhere near enough. We are running out of time. Young people stand ready, and united, to take the lead in making the Global Goals a reality. 

Meet the Youth Power panel.

The Youth Power panel are a 12-strong panel and come from every corner of the world. They will be instrumental in organising the biggest youth generation in history to make the world a better place. They will support and connect local grassroots campaigns with funding; amplify youth actions that are creating change; developing tools to help young people everywhere track the goals and hold their leaders to account for their delivery.

As the youth-led climate strikes have shown, collective action from young people is already changing things for the better. Young people are fighting FOR fairness, justice, and the environment. They are fighting AGAINST inequality, persecution and climate change.

The Youth Power campaign will help bring youth activists together, supporting and connecting local grassroots campaigns with funding; amplifying youth actions that are creating change; developing tools to help young people everywhere track the goals and hold their leaders to account for their delivery.

The Youth Power Panel is powered by the Youth Power Partnership, which is coordinated by Restless Development, Project Everyone and Action for Sustainable Development (A4SD).
